介绍了用于复杂地形煤炭运输的双向索道运输系统整体方案,阐述了系统的组成和工作原理,通过计算确定钢丝绳、卷筒及减速器等主要参数。根据系统的技术要求,设计了液压系统回路,并确定了主要元件的技术参数。此运输系统不仅结构简单、自动化程度高,并能适合恶劣的地形环境,而且由于往复式设计大大提高了运输效率,具有很好地推广应用价值。
The overall scheme of bidirectional cableway transportation system for complex terrain coal transportation is introduced. The composition and working principle of the system are expounded. The main parameters of wire rope, drum and reducer are determined through calculation. According to the technical requirements of the system, the hydraulic system circuit is designed and the technical parameters of the main components are determined. The transport system not only has the advantages of simple structure, high degree of automation and suitability for harsh terrain environment, but also greatly promotes the transportation efficiency due to the reciprocating design and has good promotion and application value.
