本课题进行了酵母菌菌丝蛋白的急性毒性试验和亚急性毒性试验(90天喂养)。结果:菌丝蛋白急性毒性属于无毒级范围,亚急性毒性显示菌丝蛋白在饲料中添加量达40%时,对大白鼠有一定不良影响,主要表现为雄性大鼠生长缓慢、摄饲效率低、肾体比增大,雌性大鼠的肝体比、肾体比增大。亚急性毒性试验的最大无作用剂量(MNL),菌丝蛋白在饲料中添加量为20%(相当于200g菌丝蛋白/kg饲料),故添加量应在10%~15%为宜。
