研究了脉冲电场和脉冲磁场对小白鼠血细胞计数及血细胞带电的影响.实验发现:在一定的脉冲电磁场作用下,小白鼠的白细胞会明显减少,红细胞电泳率也会下降.通过建立电磁场作用的介电等效模型,对其作用机理进行了探讨.
The effects of pulsed electric field and pulsed magnetic field on blood cell counts and blood cell electrification in mice were studied. Experiments found that: under the action of a certain pulse of electromagnetic field, white blood cells in mice will be significantly reduced, erythrocyte electrophoresis rate will decline. By establishing the dielectric equivalent model of electromagnetic field, the mechanism of action is discussed.
