查菲埃立克体(E.chaffeensis)是埃立克体属第1基因群中的1个种,主要侵犯单核细胞系统,所致人的感染称为人单核细胞埃立克体病(HME)。它有7种主要抗原蛋白,相对分子质量(Mr)分别为120×10~3、65×10~3、58×10~3、44×10~3、29×10~3、28×10~3和22×10~3,其中120×10~3蛋白是查菲埃立克体的种特异抗原;28×10~3蛋白是一家族蛋白,与同属的犬埃立克体有高度同源性,具基因群特异性,是潜在的保护性抗原;58×10~3和65×10~3蛋白与致病性有关;44×10~3蛋白为HME分子流行病学的研究提供了基础。
E. chaffeensis is a species of Ehrlichia gene group 1 that mainly invades the monocytic system. The human infection is called human monocytic ehrlichiosis HME). It has seven kinds of major antigen protein, the relative molecular mass (Mr) were 120 × 10 ~ 3,65 × 10 ~ 3,58 × 10 ~ 3,44 × 10 ~ 3,29 × 10 ~ 3,28 × 10 ~ 3 and 22 × 10 ~ 3, of which 120 × 10 ~ 3 proteins are species-specific antigens of Chafiri Ehrlichiae; 28 × 10 ~ 3 proteins are a family of proteins with high homology Which is potential protective antigen; 58 × 10 ~ 3 and 65 × 10 ~ 3 proteins are related to pathogenicity; 44 × 10 ~ 3 proteins provide the basis for the study of molecular epidemiology of HME .
