在2016年度的项目评审工作中,国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称“基金委”)信息科学部认真贯彻基金委“依靠专家、发扬民主、择优支持、公正合理”的十六字评审方针,认真落实2016年度国家自然科学基金资助计划,充分发挥专家对所评审项目的学术判断力及关于学科发展方向和关键问题的宏观把握能力;认真执行《国家自然科学基金条例》和基金委的各项管理办法,贯彻落实我委2016年度评审工作意见,坚持回避制度和保密原则,顺利完成了今年的各项评审工作任务。
