本文从体内外比较两种~(99m)Tc标记右旋糖酐的方法,并对五种不同分子量和电荷的~(99m)Tc右旋糖酐用四种方法进行质控评价.最后为了和其他放射性胶体淋巴显像剂比较,用动物实验评价了各种不同~(99m)Tc标记的右旋糖酐.五种右旋糖酐(D_(70)、D_(90)、D_(500)、D_(DEAE)和D硫酸盐)的前三种用Henze和Ercan两种方法标记,后两种用Ercan方法标记.Henze方法是将100mg右旋糖酐溶于1mL等渗盐水中,用氩气脱氧净化一小时,加入溶于5μL浓盐酸的0.15mg SnCl_2,经0.22μm无菌微孔滤器滤入小瓶,同时加入约0.1mL
In this paper, we compared two methods of 99m Tc-labeled dextran both in vitro and in vivo and evaluated the quality control of four different molecular weight and charged 99m Tc dextran.Finally, in order to compare with other radioactive colloidal lymphatic imaging (99m) Tc-labeled dextran was evaluated by animal experiments.Different concentrations of five dextran (D 70, D 90, D 500, D DEAE and D sulfate) Three are labeled with the Henze and Ercan methods, and the two are labeled with the Ercan method. The Henze method is to dissolve 100 mg of dextran in 1 mL of isotonic saline, deoxygenate with argon for one hour, add 0.15 mg SnCl_2, filtered through a 0.22μm sterile microporous filter into the vial, while adding about 0.1mL
