过去几年中,特别在开梯度磁系(OGMS)中,由于采用新型高能永磁材料,于是在弱磁性矿物磁选方面出现了许多新的观点。在这方面,德国KHD洪堡·维达格公司研制了一种名叫帕莫斯(PERMOS)的改进型筒式磁选机,它具有特殊的磁场构形。所用的NdFeB永磁铁在筒体表面可产生不低于0.7T的磁感应强度*和较宽的工作区。每台帕莫斯机内的磁系不再是由径向变化磁化强的较大块磁块构成,而是由大量有特殊取向磁化强度的小NdFeB磁条组成。这种帕莫斯开梯度磁选机能用于“顶部”给矿,“自落”给矿结构的干式磁选及通常的湿式“筒型”给矿方式的磁选。即使在给矿中有强磁性物质存在,每小时每米筒长的处理量可以高达40公吨,且没有出现任何堵塞问题。本文介绍了干式、湿式磁选用的改进型帕莫斯磁选机的设计特点及实际设备的特征。且提供了工业矿物和假象赤铁矿石在工业应用方面的典型例子。
In the past few years, especially in the open magnetic system (OGMS), many new ideas emerged in the field of weak magnetic minerals due to the adoption of new high-energy permanent magnet materials. In this regard, Germany KHD Humboldt-Vidal Corporation developed a modified cylindrical magnetic separator PERMOS, which has a special magnetic field configuration. The NdFeB permanent magnet used in the cylinder surface can produce no less than 0.7T magnetic induction * and a wider work area. The magnetism in each Pamos machine is no longer composed of a larger block of magnets whose radial magnetization is strong, but rather consists of a large number of small NdFeB magnetic strips with a special orientation magnetization. The Pamos Gradient Magnetic Separator can be used for “top” feeding of minerals, “self-destructive” dry magnetic separation of the mine structure, and magnetic separation of the usual wet “tube” feeding method. Even with the presence of ferromagnetic material in the mines, the throughput per meter per meter can be as high as 40 tonnes without any clogging problems. This article presents the design features and practical equipment of the improved Pamos magnetic separator for dry and wet magnetic separations. And provides a typical example of industrial applications of industrial minerals and artifacts hematite.
