激励理论是从心理学的角度对人的情绪由消极向积极的变化过程中作出了分析,在激励理论中人内在需求的满足情况直接影响了对外部环境的一种情绪表达。高校人事管理以教师作为管理对象,同样也需要激励手段刺激教师在工作中态度的转变。本文就以激励理论为出发点,简要阐述了目前高校人事管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了高校人事管理上应采取怎样的激励措施。
Incentive theory is to analyze the process of human emotions from negative to positive from the perspective of psychology. In the motivation theory, the satisfaction of human internal needs directly affects an emotional expression of the external environment. The personnel management of colleges and universities takes teachers as the management object, and it also needs incentive measures to stimulate teachers’ attitudes at work. This paper starts with motivation theory, briefly expounds the main problems existing in personnel management in colleges and universities, and puts forward what kind of incentive measures should be taken in college personnel management.
