追述了1992年11月在成都召开的第二届全国体育教学论文报告会所录取的63篇论文的主要内容，这次会议的论文涉及的领域比较广泛，从体育教学的微观管理到体育学院的宏观控制，从教学方法改革到教具革新均有涉猎。分析了各篇获奖论文的取胜原因，预测了今后体育教学论文的发展趋势，对我校教学科研课题老化、人员老化等问题进行了分析。为进一步开展教学科研活动提出了对策，这些对策有加强领导和管理，实行政策倾斜；充分发动群众，组织联合攻关；紧密联系当前教育改革，具有宏观战略目光；调动青年教师、回国人员和研究生的力量；广泛动员和重点投入相结合等。
The main contents of the 63 papers accepted by the Second National Sports Teaching Papers Conference held in Chengdu in November 1992 are recalled. The papers covered in this conference are quite extensive. From the micro-management of PE teaching to the macro-level of PE Institute Control, from teaching reform to teaching aids are covered. This paper analyzes the reasons for the success of each winning paper, predicts the development trend of PE teaching papers in the future, and analyzes the problems such as the aging of teaching and scientific research and the aging of staff in our university. These measures include: strengthening leadership and management; implementing policy preferential policies; fully mobilizing the masses and organizing joint research; closely linking the current education reform with a macro strategic vision; and mobilizing young teachers, returnees and graduate students Strength; Broad mobilization and integration of key inputs.
