目的研究油茶Camellia oleifera枯饼的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、MPLC柱色谱、高效制备液相色谱等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定及波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从油茶枯饼中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为3β,15α,16α,22α,28-五羟基-22-O-当归酰基-齐墩果-12-烯-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基(1→2)-[β-D-葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-木糖基(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯苷(1)、gordonoside R(2)、gordonoside Q(3)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为油茶皂苷Ab,化合物2和3为首次从油茶中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Camellia oleifera cake. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, MPLC column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants analysis and spectral data analysis. Results Three compounds were isolated and identified as 3β, 15α, 16α, 22α, 28-pentahydroxy-22-O- angeloyl-olean-12-ene-3-O-β-D -glucosyl (1 → 2) - [β-D-glucosyl (1 → 2) -β-D-xylosyl gordonoside R (2), gordonoside Q (3). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named Camellia saponin Ab. Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from Camellia oleifera for the first time.
