焦作矿区解放以来,在旧井恢复和新井建设中,为了堵塞壁后涌水,加固井壁,充填空洞,广泛应用壁后注浆。据31个立井统计,有25个使用壁后注浆堵水,它具有施工简单,设备少,见效快,成本低等特点。 一、水文地质条件和施工方法的选择 焦作矿区地处中原,位于太行山南麓,煤田呈东西向分布,生产建设过程中,突水次数较多,水文地质条件复杂,如图1所示。
Since the liberation of Jiaozuo mining area, in the restoration of old wells and construction of new wells, in order to plug the gushing water behind the walls, reinforce the shaft walls and fill in voids, wall back grouting is widely used. According to statistics of 31 vertical wells, 25 are grouted and plugged behind the wall, which has the advantages of simple construction, less equipment, quick response and low cost. I. Selection of Hydrogeological Conditions and Construction Methods Jiaozuo Mining Area is located in the Central Plains and at the southern foot of Taihang Mountain. The coalfield is distributed in an east-west direction. During the production and construction, there are many water inrush times and complicated hydrogeological conditions, as shown in Figure 1.
