目的用血流动力学及内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)评价左室辅助循环(LVAD)的有效性。方法对20条急性左心衰犬进行高、中、低流量180min左室辅助,观察其对血流动力学及ET和NO的影响。结果LVAD可使急性左心衰竭犬肺毛细血管嵌楔压、ET含量迅速下降,平均主动脉压、心脏指数、左室做功指数、NO含量均升高。结论不同辅助流量对急性左心衰竭支持均有效,但以中流量效果最佳。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of left ventricular (LVAD) circulation with hemodynamics and endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO). Methods 20 acute left heart failure dogs with high, medium and low flow 180min left ventricular assist to observe its hemodynamic and ET and NO. Results LVAD could inlay the wedge pressure of pulmonary capillary in acute left heart failure dogs, ET content decreased rapidly, mean aortic pressure, cardiac index, left ventricular work index, NO content increased. Conclusions Different ancillary flows are effective in supporting patients with acute left heart failure, but the best results are obtained with medium flow rate.
