对豆天蛾幼虫的粗蛋白、氨基酸、粗脂肪、脂肪酸含量进行了测试分析,结果如下(均为质量分数):幼虫粗蛋白含量为65.5%,必需氨基酸占总量氨基酸的52.84%,半必需氨基酸占9.70%;粗脂肪含量23.68%,C16C18脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的99%以上,不饱和脂肪酸为64.17%,其中亚麻酸达36.53%。与鸡蛋、牛奶及大豆相比,豆天蛾表现了较高的蛋白质、必需氨基酸及必需脂肪酸含量,尤其是C18∶3亚麻酸含量高,因而认为,豆天蛾是一种很值得开发利用的食物资源
The crude protein, amino acid, crude fat and fatty acid content of larvae of Triticum aestivum L. were tested and analyzed.
