对幼儿进行评价是幼儿园教师专业能力的重要体现。教师对幼儿的评价应遵循“发展性”原则,即以促进幼儿发展为评价的着眼点,宜开展全面系统、螺旋式上升的评价。为此,教师需要处理好三方面关系,即评价与幼儿发展的关系、评价与教学的关系以及评价人员之间的关系。
The evaluation of young children is an important manifestation of kindergarten teachers’ professional abilities. The evaluation of young children by teachers should follow the principle of “developmentality”, that is, to promote early childhood development as the evaluation point of view, it is appropriate to carry out a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the spiral. To this end, teachers need to deal with the relationship between three aspects, namely, evaluation of the relationship with the development of early childhood, the relationship between evaluation and teaching and evaluation of the relationship between staff.
