目的:改进中国药典银杏黄酮的测定。方法:采取对供试液稀释溶剂加热回流脱氧、充氮气保护供试液、避光等保护措施下,考察盐酸浓度、甲醇浓度、加热时间、供试液浓度、供试液放置时间等条件的耐用性。结果:在以上预防氧化降解措施的保护下,药典银杏黄酮水解条件有较好的耐用性。结论:建议将预防氧化降解措施纳入药典银杏黄酮测定的正文,并建议修改盐酸浓度的表示方式。
Objective: To improve the determination of ginkgetin in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods: Under the protective measures such as heating, refluxing and deoxygenating by diluting solvent in the test solution, protecting the test solution with nitrogen and protecting it from light, the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration, methanol concentration, heating time, concentration of test solution, Durability. Results: Under the protection of the above measures for preventing oxidative degradation, the hydrolysis conditions of the pharmacopoeia gingko flavone have better durability. CONCLUSIONS: It is recommended that the prevention of oxidative degradation be incorporated into the body of the pharmacopoeia gingko flavonoids assay and it is proposed to modify the presentation of the hydrochloric acid concentration.
