目的:掌握山东省淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,研究防制对策;方法:浸渍法;结果:淡色库蚊幼虫对所测试的5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性。以敌敌畏抗药性水平较高,其次是溴氰菊酯、DDT、马拉硫磷和氯菊酯;结论:应加强本省淡色库蚊抗药性监测工作,通过爱国卫生活动的开展,统一指导,科学合理地使用杀虫剂,可以预防或减缓淡色库蚊对杀虫剂抗性的产生和发展。
OBJECTIVE: To master the status quo of resistance to commonly used insecticides in Culex pipiens pallens in Shandong Province, and to study the control strategies. Methods: Impregnation method.
