素质教育是以提升学生的综合素养为核心,根据学生的发展需要和社会发展需要为特征的教育。其特点在于注重学生的潜能开发,注重学生的主体性以及健全的人文个性。对于小学班级管理而言,从小培养让孩子拥有积极健康的品性,是不容忽视的核心内容。情感教育则是教育过程中,以理论为指导,针对学生的需求,从而有意识激发学生健康的情感需要,最终影响自身发展。它以人的本性为出发点,以人的发展为核心,主要解决人与自然社会的关系,是探究人生意义发展的一个重要过程。但是情感教育又有多面性的体现。
Quality education is to enhance the overall quality of students as the core, according to the needs of students and social development needs of education.
