近年来,我国的水产养殖发展迅速,养殖面积和产量都位居世界第一。但是疾病频发一直是困扰水产养殖的一个问题,而病原的快速检测是水产动物疾病防控的前提和关键。随着水产病害基础研究的不断深入,病原的检测技术也得到快速发展。基于此,介绍了一种在水生动物疾病诊断中应用的免疫学技术—单克隆抗体技术,综述了近年来单克隆抗体技术在水生动物病害检测领域的具体应用实例和研究进展,并对该方法的应用前景做了展望。
