目的 :观察蝎毒抗癌多肽 (antineopasticpolypeptidefromButhusmartensiivenom ,APBMV)对小鼠肝癌 (hep atoma 2 2 ,H2 2 )的生长抑制作用及带瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :①将接种H2 2 细胞 2 4h后的带瘤小鼠 45只随机分为非正常对照组、5 Fu组、APBMV针剂组和胶囊组 4组 ,给予不同的药物处理 1 0d后 ,观察瘤块及脾脏重量的变化 ,计算抑瘤率和脾重指数 ;②接种H2 2 细胞 2 4h后的带瘤小鼠 40只随机分为非正常对照组、5 Fu组、APBMV针剂组和APBMV针剂 +5 Fu组 ,给予APBMV针剂和 /或 5 Fu 5d后 ,分别观察带瘤小鼠NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :① 5 Fu和APBMV针剂组对H2 2 的抑瘤率分别达 47.81 %和 40 .0 7% ,与非正常对照组相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。APBMV针剂及胶囊组的脾重指数分别为 70 .0 2mg/1 0g和 71 .2 2mg/1 0g,与非正常对照组相比P <0 .0 1 ;②APBMV针剂组及APBMV针剂 +5 Fu组带瘤小鼠的NK细胞活性明显增强 ,淋巴细胞转化指数明显增高(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :APBMV针剂可抑制H2 2 的生长 ,并增强带瘤小鼠机体的免疫功能
Objective: To observe the antitumor effect of antineopasticpolypeptidefromButhusmartensiivenom (APBMV) on hepatocellular carcinoma (hep atoma22, H2 2) and the immune function of tumor-bearing mice. Methods: 1 Forty-five tumor-bearing mice 24 hours after inoculating H2 2 cells were randomly divided into 4 groups: non-normal control group, 5 Fu group, APBMV injection group and capsule group. After 10 days of different drug treatments, the tumors were observed. The weight of the spleen and spleen was calculated and the tumor inhibition rate and spleen weight index were calculated. Twenty mice with tumors 24 h after inoculation with H2 2 cells were randomly divided into non-normal control group, 5 Fu group, APBMV injection group and APBMV injection+ In the Fu group, after administration of APBMV injection and/or 5 Fu for 5 days, the NK cell activity and lymphocyte transformation rate of the tumor-bearing mice were observed. Results : The tumor inhibition rates of H 2 2 in the 15 Fu and APBMV injection groups were 47.81% and 40.07%, respectively, which were significantly different from those in the non-normal control group (P 0.05). The spleen weight index of APBMV injection and capsule group was 70.02 mg/lOg and 71.22 mg/lOg, respectively, compared with the non-normal control group, P<0.01; 2 APBMV injection group and APBMV injection+5 Fu. The activity of NK cells in the tumor-bearing mice was significantly increased and the lymphocyte transformation index was significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion : APBMV injection can inhibit the growth of H2 2 and enhance the immune function of tumor-bearing mice
