在新媒体兴起的背景下,我国传媒业的未来创新活动表现出三大特征:打造专属社区,创造接触平台,构建财富快车道;弥合能力缺口,合作创新主导成长战略;以效率竞争为特色的中国传媒体制创新动力机制正在形成。其中,第一个特征是传播技巧层面的,是传媒业创新的实现方式;第二个特征是传媒业战略层面的,是传媒业创新的方向所在;第三个特征则是传媒业制度层面的,是传媒业创新制度保证与效率生成的机制所在。
