本文报道二阶导数光谱法可迅速测定滴眼液中后马托品的含量。本法制备样品简便,制成稀释液即可测定。此法尚可测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量。仪器 Shimadzm UV~265FW分光光度计,条件设置如下:导数模式:二阶;波长范围240~290 nm;光度范围+0.1~-0.1;△λ2nm;扫描速度慢(每分钟50nm),横坐标刻度10nm/cm。制剂和标准品氢溴酸后马托品滴眼液1.0和2.0%(w/v),硫酸阿托品滴眼液0.5和1.0%,均按BPC(1973年)配制。
This article reports the second derivative spectrometry rapid determination of horsutail eye drops content. The method of preparing samples is simple and can be determined by dilution.
