对中层领导者来说,除了学会得体地与上级相处、与同级相处之外,还要学会得体地与下级相处。为什么有些中干深孚众望而有些中干却光杆一个,有些中干能一呼百应而有些中干却形单影只?这些都与中干对待和处理与下级的关系得体与否有关。得体地与下级相处是一门学问、一种艺术,其重要性不亚于与上级相处。中层干部是下级的领导者。当领导不是天生就会的,必须在实践中不断学习、总结和提高。
For middle-level leaders, in addition to getting along well with their superiors and getting along with their peers, they should learn to get along well with their superiors. Why are some cadres who are deeply rooted in the field and others who have a dry shot and some are capable of coping with others while others are dry? These are all related to the proper handling of the relationship between the cadres and the subordinates. To get along well with subordinates is a knowledge, art, as important as getting along with superiors. Middle-level cadres are subordinate leaders.
