自新一轮课程改革实施以来,一些地区和学校开展了卓有成效的工作,取得了显著的成绩,积累了许多有价值的经验。然而,一部分学校新课改的实施却步履维艰,这是为什么呢?任何一次变革,必然受到传统惯性的阻力和新体系构架条件缺失的影响,制约新课改向前推进的原因是多方面的,既有微观操作层面的因素,又有宏观运行层面的因素。作为一线教师,笔者结合自身在新课改推进过程中的阻碍因素做粗浅阐述,以期为推进新课改尽一份心和力。

As a front-line teacher, the author combines his own obstacles in the process of promoting the new curriculum reform to do a superficial explanation, with a view to promoting the new curriculum reform to do a heart force.
