事业单位是一个涉及领域颇多的部门,由于其囊括了很多产业,很多技术性人才,所以事业单位在我国所处的地位还是很高的。近几年,随着知识大爆炸,人才成为现今重要的财富。人力资源成为影响事业单位工作是否能够到位的重要因素。人力资源激励机制的运用可以为事业单位铸就合格的人才,为事业单位的发展提供强大的推动力。当今的情况是,事业部门的人员都是有国家各级政府部门管理调配,这就意味着事业单位没有自主选择人才的权利,在这种弊端存在的条件下,人员的潜力也不能得到充分的发挥。所以,传统的人才激励机制必然会被淘汰,事业单位聘用制改革成为大势所趋。
