研究了含钡硅铁及其稀土复合合金对含铅、砷、锡铸铁机械性能、铸造性能和金相组织的影响 .通过比较分析认为 ,用 0 .10 %稀土硅铁和含钡硅铁混合合金进行孕育处理 ,对改善龙岩生铁的使用性能效果较好 .
The effects of barium-containing ferrosilicon and its rare-earth composite alloys on the mechanical properties, casting properties and microstructure of lead-containing arsenic and tin cast iron were studied.According to the comparative analysis, it is concluded that the combination of 0 .10% rare earth ferrosilicon and barium-containing ferrosilicon Alloy inoculation treatment, to improve the use of Longyan pig iron performance is better.
