目的本研究检测钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)信号转导通路在胃癌组织中的表达,分析CaN成员与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用Western blot检测胃癌组织中CaN Aα、CaN Aβ、CaN B与Bcl-2蛋白表达,免疫组织化学法检测CaN在细胞水平的分布。结果胃癌组织中CaN信号传导通路成员CaN Aα与CaN Aβ蛋白表达水平明显高于正常胃黏膜(P<0.05);CaN Aα与CaN Aβ表达水平与肿瘤TNM分期较晚(Ⅲ/Ⅳ)有关(P<0.05)。结论CaN信号转导通路持续活化可能在胃癌的发生中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of calcineurin (CaN) signal transduction pathway in gastric cancer and to analyze the relationship between CaN and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression of CaN Aα, CaN Aβ, CaN B and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer tissues and the distribution of CaN at the cellular level by immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of CaN Aα and CaN Aβ in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa (P <0.05). The expressions of CaN Aα and CaN Aβ were correlated with the later TNM stages (Ⅲ / Ⅳ) (P <0.05). Conclusion The continuous activation of CaN signal transduction pathway may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer.
