一、前 言 合成氨工艺流程长,工艺设备复杂,对气体质量的要求比较严格。我厂工艺流程,是从压缩机五级加压至125~135公斤/厘米~2后送入铜洗,采用醋酸铜氨液洗除气体中部份二氧化碳和一氧化碳,再进入六级压缩至320~330公斤/厘米~2送至合成塔。如果气体中含油,会严重影响醋酸铜氨液洗涤效率,对合成氨触媒中毒也较敏感。因此,气体中少油或无油对合成氨来说是极为有益的。
