Studies have shown that the longitudinal pressure has a great influence on the strength of the member along the oblique section. When the longitudinal pressure acts on the center of the section, it will have a positive effect on the strength of the member affected by the lateral force; when the longitudinal pressure is off-center, the strength of the member will be affected along the oblique section. Obviously, this depends not only on longitudinal pressure but also on the sign and value of relative eccentricity. In order to reveal the degree of influence of various factors on the strength of the oblique section of the member, a test was conducted on a rectangular cross section specimen. The test piece size is 15×30×240 cm, the strength of the rammer test block is 20 MPa to 30 MPa, and the longitudinal reinforcement is A-III grade steel bar with diameters of 16, 20, 25, and 28 mm. hoop
