由于OTA对线上线下旅游市场的扩张,及旅游攻略网站对传统旅行社造成功能需求上的冲击,使得传统旅行社受到巨大冲击,也加速旅游行业的洗牌步伐,逼迫着传统旅行社的转型升级。本文针对主流自由行游客市场,发挥传统旅行社的服务优势并结合线上旅游,提出“由旅行社带领的自由行”模式,为传统旅行社的转型升级提供建议。
Due to the OTA’s expansion of the online and offline travel market and the impact of the travel guide website on the traditional travel agencies, the traditional travel agencies have suffered tremendous impact and accelerated the pace of reshuffling in the tourism industry, forcing the transformation and upgrading of the traditional travel agencies. This article aims at the mainstream free-travel tourist market, giving full play to the service advantage of traditional travel agencies and combining with online tourism, puts forward the mode of “free travel led by travel agencies”, and provides suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of traditional travel agencies.
