目的研究菊科旋覆花属植物藏木香的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18柱色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了13个化合物:deactyl-γ-cycloepitulipinolide(1),5-deoxy-5-hydroper-oxytelekin(2),11,13-dihydroisoalantolactone(3),8-epi-ivangustin(4),alloalantolactone(5),clemaphnol A(6),dammara-20,24-dien-3β-OAc(7),木栓酮(Friedelin,8),反式咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl trans-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate,9),丁香酸(syringic acid,10),5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde,11),正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(n-Butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside,12),乙基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(ethyl-β-D-fructopyranoside,13)。结论化合物1,2,6~13为首次从该属植物中分离,化合物3,4为首次从该植物中分离。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Inularia aurantiacus. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase RP-18 column chromatography. The structures were identified by spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as deactyl-γ-cycloepitulipinolide (1), 5-deoxy-5-hydroper- oxytelekin (2), 11,13- dihydroisoalantolactone (3), 8-epi-ivangustin 5), clemaphnol A (6), dammara-20,24-dien-3β-OAc (7), Friedelin 8, ethyl trans-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate 9 ), Syringic acid (10), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (11), n-Butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside 12), ethyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (13). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 6 ~ 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
