用热压烧结方法制得致密的SiCw／SiO2、Si3N4w/SiO2复合材料，研究了材料的热膨胀、抗热震、抗烧蚀等性能，探讨了品须补强增韧熔石英材料用于航天防热材料的可行性．
The compact SiCw / SiO2, Si3N4w / SiO2 composites were prepared by hot pressing method. The thermal expansion, thermal shock resistance and ablation resistance of the composites were studied. Feasibility of hot materials.
