“鲁枣13号”是金丝小枣自然实生品种,为鲜食加工枣新品种。2012年12月通过山东省林木品种审定委员会审定并定名。该品种果实短圆形,两端齐平,平均纵径2.20 cm,横径2.30 cm;平均单果重5.8 g,最大果重7.5 g;果实大小均匀,极整齐,果实橙红色。果肉绿白色,肉质细、疏松,汁液中多,风味酸甜,鲜食品质优良。鲜枣可溶性固形物含量40.50%,总酸含量1.15%,维生素C含量6 640.0 mg/kg,可食率94.20%。因维生素C含
