体育课程是外语类院校课程体系的重要组成部分。然而当前外语类高校的体育课程设置在诸多方面存在问题。本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对北京市部分外语类院校的课程设置状况进行调查,发现外语类院校体育课程设置存在一定的问题,并提出相应的优化政策,以增强学生体质,促进外语类院校体育课程的完善与健康发展。
Physical education curriculum is an important part of the curriculum system of foreign language colleges. However, there are many problems in the current PE curriculum in foreign universities. By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the curriculums of some foreign language colleges and universities in Beijing and finds that there are some problems in the setting of physical education curriculums in foreign-language colleges and universities. Optimize policies to enhance students’ constitution and promote the improvement and healthy development of physical education curriculum in foreign language colleges.
