在《层状燃烧及沸腾燃烧工业锅炉热力计算方法》中,第六章“沸腾炉炉膛传热计算”由浙江大学张鹤声等同志执笔。他们在做了大量理论工作和测试的基础上,提出了整套的沸腾层埋管传热计算方法,填补了国内空白,改变了以往直接估取埋管传热系数的局面,为建立我国自己的工业锅炉热力计算方法作出了贡献。笔者在学习了该方法以后,感到这个方法比较严密,但是计算步骤较多,不甚简便。考虑到计算中的不少参数的变化范围并不大(如沸腾层温度、平均粒径、燃料品种、流化数等),有可能实现计算的简化。在进行分析研究之后,提出如下的简化方法,无意于取代正规方法,但求可用于简捷估算而已。

After I studied this method, I feel that this method is more rigorous, but the calculation steps are more, not very simple. Considering that many parameters in the calculation do not vary widely (such as boiling temperature, average particle size, fuel type, fluidization number, etc.), it is possible to simplify the calculation. After conducting the analysis and research, the following simplified method is proposed, which is not intended to replace the formal method, but can be used for simple estimation.
