一、劳逸必需结合在生产劳劲中,合理的安排劳动和休息,是增强体质,保持充沛精力,降低病伤缺勤率,提高生产率的重要措施。人和机器不同,机器愈用愈损,而人体是有很高的适应能力的,只要劳动合乎生理卫生的原则,无论是脑力或体力劳动都是愈劳动其能力愈强。如在劳动中肌肉能得到更充分的血液供给,收缩力量增强,收缩速度提高,弹性、延展性以及和他相连的关节、韧带的机能都能得到改进。劳动时心脏血管系统的毛细血管数量和面积增加,心室壁肌肉增厚,收缩力加强,循环系统的功能得到了改进。经过劳动的锻炼,呼吸系统和神经系统的功能大大加强。肺活量增加,呼吸次数减少,深度加深;大脑皮质对动作的控制日趋完善,动作逐渐准确和协调,因而提高了工作效率。事实也证明,好逸恶劳的人,身体衰弱,
