用 Cd O通过高温化学方法制备了具有高发光特性的 Cd Se胶体纳米晶 .通过改变配体十六烷基胺在反应体系中的含量 ,合成了 3种不同粒径的 Cd Se纳米晶 .利用 TEM、XRD和光谱等手段对合成出来的Cd Se纳米晶的形貌结构和发光特性进行了表征 .结果表明 ,随着十六烷基胺在反应体系中量的增多 ,Cd Se纳米晶的粒径增大 .通过调整十六烷基胺在反应体系中的量可以方便地控制纳米晶的尺寸 .
Cd Se colloid nanocrystals with high luminescence properties were prepared by high temperature chemical method with Cd O. Three kinds of CdSe nanocrystals with different particle sizes were synthesized by changing the amount of hexadecylamine ligand in the reaction system. TEM, XRD and optical spectra were used to characterize the morphology and luminescent properties of CdSe nanocrystals. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of cetylamine in the reaction system, The size of nanocrystals can be conveniently controlled by adjusting the amount of cetylamine in the reaction system.
