1月1日至1月25日,杭州市共成交商品房1922套,其中普通公寓1746套,酒店式公寓150套,排屋别墅26套,成交萎缩明显。本期小户型继续主导市场,面积在90平方米以下的房源共成交1039套,占总成交量的54.06%。主城区均价12000—15000元/平方米的房源共成交397套,占总成交量的38.51%;总价在120万—150万元的房源共成交1013套,占总成交量的52.71%。
