本文给出煤粉锅炉钝体燃烧器中回流流动的数值计算结果。为了简化,把直流式煤粉燃烧器中一次风看作二元紊流自由射流。在研究楔形物体后回流流动中,本文还提出一种处理楔形物体斜壁面的方法。在本计算中采用控制容积法离散二元椭圆型微分方程,紊流动能K和紊流动能消耗ε的紊流模型。为了验证计算方法合理性,本文还用热线风速仪和荧光丝法测定回流区长度,把所得的实验数据与计算值加以比较,结果是满意的。
This paper gives the numerical results of backflow flow in a bluff body burner of pulverized coal boiler. For the sake of simplicity, the primary air in a pulverized coal burner is considered as a binary turbulent free jet. In the study of wedge objects after the reflow flow, the paper also proposed a method of handling the wedge-shaped object oblique wall. In this calculation, the turbulence model of discrete volume elliptic differential equation, turbulent kinetic energy K and turbulent kinetic energy consumption ε is adopted. In order to verify the rationality of the calculation method, the length of the recirculation zone was also measured by hot wire anemometer and fluorescent silk method. The experimental data obtained were compared with the calculated values, and the results were satisfactory.
