目的在牙周病学临床前期教学中,应用牙周病理模型进行龈下刮治练习,评价其作用。方法中国医科大学口腔医学专业2006级60名本科生首先接受牙周基础治疗之龈下刮治及根面平整理论知识讲授,然后由带教老师示教讲授龈下刮治及根面平整操作,结合观看视频、PPT课件;随机选取30名学生并分为两组,每组15人,实验组在牙周病理模型上进行龈下刮治及根面平整练习4小时,对照组未进行模型上操作练习。次日,两组学生分别对牙周病理模型进行龈下刮治及根面平整,利用牙周内窥镜比较分析两组术后根面洁净度的差异。结果实验组实行龈下刮治及根面平整术后牙根面的洁净度显著优于对照组。结论应用牙周病理模型进行进行龈下刮治及根面平整练习有利于医学生掌握龈下刮治动作要领,提高龈下刮治的准确性,为临床实习打下坚实的基础。
Objective To evaluate the effect of subgingival scaling by periodontal pathology in periodontal preclinical teaching. Methods 2006 China Undergraduates School of Stomatology, 60 undergraduate students first received the basic periodontal treatment of subgingival curettage and root surface formation theory teaching, and then taught by the instructor taught subgingival curettage and root surface leveling operation, Combined with video and PPT courseware, 30 students were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 15 in each. The experimental group underwent subgingival scaling and root surface leveling for 4 hours on the periodontal pathology model, while the control group did not model Practice exercises. The next day, the two groups of students respectively, the periodontal pathological model for subgingival scaling and root formation, the use of periodontal endoscopy comparison analysis of the difference between the two groups of root surface cleanliness. Results In the experimental group, the cleanliness of the root surface after subgingival scaling and root planing was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of periodontal pathology model for subgingival scaling and rooting exercises is beneficial to medical students to grasp the essentials of subgingival scaling and improve the accuracy of subgingival scaling and lay a solid foundation for clinical practice.
