做好国有建设单位财务管理工作,首先必须严格执行有关财务制度,使工程管理达到审计要求;其次要做好资金管理,合理筹划支配资金,提高投资效益;最后要做好工程有关的合同管理,为工程竣工审计及归档做好准备。现针对国有建设单位财务管理存在的问题,提出了相应的改进建议,为搞好基本建设管理工作进行了一些探讨。
To do a good job in the financial management of the state-owned construction units, we must first strictly implement the relevant financial system so that the project management meets the audit requirements. Secondly, we must do a good job in capital management, rationally allocate funds and improve investment returns. Finally, we should do a good job in engineering-related contract management, Prepare for project completion audit and filing. In light of the existing problems in the financial management of the state-owned construction units, some suggestions for improvement are put forward, and some discussions are made to do a good job in capital construction management.
