在对职工工作质量的考评中,诸如工作能力、水平、责任心、服务态度、执行规章制度情况、团结协作精神等等,是一些不可计量的指标,要对这些非数据化的指标进行考核,确实是一件难事。 在经济责任制考核中,根据按劳分配的原则,除了产量、质量、消耗按硬指标计算外,工作质量的好坏,应该是考评的必要条件,尤其是在机关各个处室内,除了对完成任务的“量”与“质”的硬指标考核外,对工作质量的考评,更是评先进、晋级、发放奖金的重要依据。
In the evaluation of the work quality of employees, such as work ability, level, responsibility, service attitude, implementation of rules and regulations, and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation, are some non-quantifiable indicators. We must assess these non-data indicators. It is indeed a difficult matter.
