随着自动化水平的提高,工厂会针对PLC的种类,提供专属电脑用于现场调试及培训,从硬件利用率及工控系统开发进度的不一致角度看,在同一通用硬件平台上构建一个工控实践环境,对不同厂家的工控系统进行调试是工程实践中必将面临的一个客观现实。本文以PLC通用组态平台的实现为例,以新的角度,描述了在单台计算机上用虚拟机构建一个通用的工控实践平台的过程,展现了软件虚拟构建工控环境的的可行性,为工程人员培训、学习及联机调试各类工控项目提供了一个通用环境。
With the improvement of automation level, the factory will provide dedicated computers for on-site debugging and training for the types of PLCs. From the perspective of hardware utilization rate and inconsistent development of industrial control systems, an industrial control practice environment will be built on the same common hardware platform, Commissioning of industrial control systems from different manufacturers is an objective reality that the engineering practice is bound to face. This paper takes the realization of PLC universal configuration platform as an example, and describes the process of building a common industrial control practice platform with virtual machine on a single computer from a new perspective. It shows the feasibility of software virtual construction of industrial control environment. Engineering staff training, learning and on-line debugging of various types of industrial projects provide a common environment.
