本文从宏观与细观两个方面论述了临界空穴扩张比判据的理论与实验基础;初步研究了临界空穴扩张比的宏观形式V_(GC)及其细观形式Rc/Ro的关系;介绍了宏观形式临界空穴扩张比参数的测试方法,给出了若干材料的V_(GC)数值;对比研究了八种不同材料热处理状态的V_(GC)值,发现可将V_(GC)参数有效地用于材料及热处理制度的筛选,文中还指出了断裂吸收比能(ASPEF)准则的缺陷,提出了修正的ASPEF方法,并讨论了后者与临界空穴扩张比的关系.
In this paper, the theoretical and experimental basis for critical cavity expansion ratio criterion are discussed from macroscopic and meso perspectives. The relationship between the macroscopic form V_ (GC) of critical cavity expansion ratio and its mesoscopic form Rc / Ro is studied. The test method of macroscopic form critical void expansion ratio is introduced and the V_ (GC) values of several materials are given. The V_ (GC) values of eight different materials in heat treatment are contrasted and studied. It is found that V_ (GC) It is also effective in the screening of material and heat treatment systems. The defect of ASPEF is also pointed out. A modified ASPEF method is proposed. The relationship between the latter and critical cavity expansion ratio is also discussed.
