幽门螺杆菌(Hp)可引起胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃癌等疾病.该菌有较强的尿素酶活性,与其致病性有关.尿素酶含UreA和UreB两个亚单位,具有较强的免疫原性.减毒沙门菌作为活菌载体可诱生粘膜免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫.将含编码Hp UreA和UreB基因的质粒重组于减毒鼠伤寒杆菌SL3261株上,构建成既保持天然载体菌株特性又具有高度免疫原性的重组菌株.给Balb/c小鼠单剂口服重组菌株,观察其预防小鼠Hp感染的效力.
