今年初成立的上海申永烫金材料有限公司,是由上海烫金材料厂吸引港资,改制更名而组建的中港合资企业。它承前启后,群策群力,借助合资契机,加速转换机制,发展科技进步,经济效益增长速度令人瞩目:开始的第一季,销售收入就比同期增123％,实现利税就比同期增106％,可比产品成本下降10.9％。
Shanghai Shenyong Hot Stamping Material Co., Ltd., which was established at the beginning of this year, is a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture established by the Shanghai Hot Stamping Material Factory to attract Hong Kong capital and rename it. It inherited the past and worked together to make use of the joint venture opportunity to accelerate the conversion mechanism and develop technological progress. The economic growth rate was remarkable: in the first quarter of the year, sales revenue increased by 123% over the same period, and profits and taxes increased by 106% over the same period. Product cost decreased by 10.9%.
