模型试验评估了X型加力燃烧室的流动特性和燃烧特性。其结果是 :流动损失与经验关系预估值相符 ;稳定器的缩尺以及其后的回流区 (稳定器头部进气 )结构对稳定特性有重大影响 ;燃烧效率相对预估值低 4~ 7个百分点 ;加力过程中的压力变化较点火来得猛烈 ;相对冷却气量既随工况改变也随输油圈的工作情况改变 ;对全尺寸加力的设计有重要的参考意义。
The model test assesses the flow characteristics and combustion characteristics of the X-type afterburner. The result is that the flow loss is in line with the empirical estimate; the stabilizer and the subsequent backflow zone (stabilizer head intake) structure have a significant effect on the stability characteristics; the combustion efficiency is 4 to 4 times lower than the predicted value 7 percentage points. During the process of adding force, the pressure changes more violently than the ignition. The relative cooling air volume also changes with the working conditions of the oil distribution ring. It has important reference meaning for the design of full-size afterburner.
