本文研究不同Cr+Mo含量及其配比,对NiSpan C型恒弹性合金的横振和纵振频率的温度特性(即-T曲线)及其对时效温度敏感性的影响(时效温度在500~700℃范围)。分别采用悬挂弯曲振动和磁致伸缩纵振法测量,温度范围为-20~70℃。测量结果发现,当Cr+Mo总量及其配比适当时,可使-T曲线,在测量温度范围呈现近似线性关系。同时对时效温度的敏感性也有明显地改善。
In this paper, the effects of different Cr + Mo contents and their proportions on the temperature characteristics (ie, -T curve) of transverse and longitudinal vibrational frequencies of NiSpan C-type permanent elastic alloys and their effects on the aging temperature sensitivity (aging temperature of 500 ~ 700 ° C range). Suspension bending vibration and magnetostrictive longitudinal vibration method were used to measure the temperature range of -20 ~ 70 ℃. The measurement results show that when the total amount of Cr + Mo and its ratio are appropriate, the -T curve can exhibit an approximately linear relationship in the measurement temperature range. At the same time the sensitivity of aging temperature has also been significantly improved.
