一、前言加拿大谢里特、哥尔登矿山有限公司(Sherritt Gordon Mines Ltd.)在1957—1959年间研究发展了用于处理硫化锌精矿的高压加氧硫酸浸出工艺,并与加拿大科明科有限公司(Cominco Ltd.)合作,在1977年成功地完成了该工艺的中间工厂试验。高压浸出工艺由于它自身的优越性,既能处理高品位的优质锌精矿,又能经济地处理复合低品位锌精矿,具有很强的矿石适应性,是一种极有发展前途的湿法冶金工艺。本文简要介绍谢里特公司在用该工艺处理低品位锌精矿方面所做的工作。
I. Preface Sherritt Gordon Mines Ltd. of Canada studied the development of a high pressure oxygenated sulfuric acid leaching process for the treatment of zinc sulphide concentrates from 1957 to 1959 and was compared with the limited Company (Cominco Ltd.), in 1977 successfully completed the process of intermediate factory test. Due to its own superiority, the high-pressure leaching process is capable of handling high-quality, high-quality zinc concentrates and economically handling composite low-grade zinc concentrates, and has strong ore adaptability and is a promising wet Law and metallurgy process. This article gives a brief introduction of the work done by Sheridan in the treatment of low-grade zinc concentrates with this process.
