组织公民行为被认为是组织有效运作的重要因素之一,它是近年来管理心理学研究的热点问题。本文从组织公民行为的本质与维度、与其影响因素间关系和与其结果变量的关系等各个方面进行回顾和评析,并展望了OCB未来的研究方向。
Organizational citizenship behavior is considered as one of the important factors in the effective operation of an organization. It is a hot issue in management psychology research in recent years. This article reviews and comments on the relationship between the nature and dimensions of OCB and its influencing factors and its relationship with the outcome variables, and looks forward to the future research direction of OCB.
