某6层框架结构工业厂房,因其使用功能改变,要求加层改造为9层框架结构的旅馆。依照现行规范,对原建筑进行了现场检测和抗震鉴定,结果表明原建筑符合现行各项规范要求;针对结构直接加层带来的基础承载力不足、梁承载力不足、柱轴压比超限及层间位移超限等问题,提出在原结构基础上采用压力注浆法加固基础、扩大截面法加固梁柱及增加短肢剪力墙来提高结构侧移刚度等加固措施,并进行了加固后的抗震验算分析,取得了良好的效果。
A 6-story frame structure of industrial plants, because of the use of functional changes, requires additional layer into a 9-story frame structure of the hotel. In accordance with the current codes, the on-site inspection and seismic identification of the original building were carried out.
